Dear ITMA Chapter Members:
The annual ITMA State Ride has been a tradition for 42 years where dirt bike enthusiasts from all over the state gather in one location for camping, riding and meeting new friends. The ride is hosted by a different chapter each year. TVTMA is proud to be hosting the 2008 State Ride.
We will have two evenings with social events and the commencement dinner on Saturday July 19th. There will also be numerous activities throughout the event for kids and adults.
There will be riding for every level of rider, including a kid’s area near camp. The Trinity Mountain area offers hundreds of miles of excellent trail riding with great scenery. Due to the large number of riders we won’t have any led rides. However we will provide detailed trail maps of the area indicating difficulty level and recommended directions of travel. And there will be plenty of TVTMA members eager to show you around the trails.
Camping is primitive so bring your supplies with you. There are no hookups, power or water nearby. However it is a roomy camping area and large RVs and trailers are able to get in there with little problem.
We are very lucky to be using private land for this event. We want to uphold the integrity of ITMA members by leaving the land in better condition than when we acquired it. Please plan to clean up your area before you depart. There is a garbage station in Pine, which is on the way out, where you can dump your trash.
